Structural Analysis of Lifting Assembly

​

Lifting assembly is used to lift 60T load across various levels using the lugs that are connected to the hoisting system. Static structural analysis has been carried out to evaluate the stresses and deflection of lifting assembly, lifting lugs under various loads cases.

 

Suitable structural optimizations have been carried out to reduce the overall weight of assembly without compromising the functional and strength requirement.

Structural Analysis of Stiffened Structure subjected to Lateral Load

​

The stiffened structure acts as a span and is subjected to heavy lateral loads. The stress and deflection due to the loads are determined using linear static analysis.

 

Structural and Vibration Analysis of Skid

​

The skid frame is a structural assembly   consisting of beams of various dimensions. It supports rotating equipments like pumps, motors and various other equipments. Static structural analysis has been carried out to determine the induced stresses and the deflections at various locations on skid frame. Based on the analysis, local structural stiffening and optimization of structural members to reduce weight of skid has been carried out

 

Vibration analysis has been carried out to determine the various resonant frequency and mode shapes. The rotating equipment frequencies are checked against the structure frequency to avoid resonance. Suitable structural modifications have been suggested to avoid resonance at particular frequencies.
